PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Conversion of 19th century commercial buildings into housing.
Endeavouring to preserve the essential heritage fabric of these 19th century warehouse buildings, the design provides for the original materials to be exposed within the dwelling units . The alley between the two buildings became closed to traffic to form a pedestrian terrace.
